Born in 1981 in L'viv.
2003 – graduated from Ivan Franko National University of L'viv, Dpt. of Law, Degree with Distinction, master's degree in law, advocate.
2004–2007 – graduate student of scientific-research institute of private law and enterprise of Academy of law sciences of Ukraine.

2005–2006 – legal adviser of OJSC Concern Galnaftogaz.
2006–2008 – head of department of contract and legal activity of OJSC Concern Galnaftogaz.
2007–2009 – research officer of scientific-research institute of private law and enterprise of Academy of law sciences of Ukraine.
