Born 21.10.1974 in Italy. Citizen of Italy.
Took a degree in politics in the University of Sussex (UK) and master degree in European studies at London School of Economics (UK).
Worked as a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen, then worked in the Royal Bank of Scotland, first in credit, and then as an associate director in capital markets origination.
Since 2005 he has been working in EBRD and today he is the principal banker of Natural Resources department.
EBRD representative in Board of directors of Kazakh company Balykshy LLP.
