Field of activity: retail realization of fuel and consumer goods through the network of OKKO filling stations, sales of oil products by large and small wholesale, providing services in storage, transporting and control of quality of oil products for the outside legal entities.
Concern Galnaftogaz belongs to the biggest owners of filling stations in Ukraine. The Concern owns the network of OKKO filling stations, which consists of 305 modern complexes as of 01.12.2011. Generally Concern Galnaftogaz owns 335 filling stations in all 24 regions of Ukraine and AR of Crimea.
The share capital of Concern is UAH 195 265 228, 68. EBITDA of PJSC Concern Galnaftogaz (International standards of the financial reporting) for 2010, confirmed by Ernst & Young, is UAH 652.2 million (in 2008 – UAH 459.6 million).
Rating of D&B is 5À-2. The credit rating of borrower/contractor is uaA+ on the national scale.
Since June 2005 shares of Concern are quoted on Ukrainian stock exchange PFTS. In December 2005 the depositary receipts of Concern Galnaftogaz were included to the listing of the electronic system of auctions XETRA of Frankfurt stock exchange. Since January, 2010 Galnaftogaz shares were also included into the exchange list of OJSC Ukrainian exchange.
Concern Galnaftogaz was the first Ukrainian company to adopt the Code of Corporate governance (Ukrainian).
