“Concern Galnaftogaz” Tops the PFTS List of Most Actively Traded Stocks in the Week Ended June 25

According to the First Stock Trading System (PFTS) (www.pfts.com), in the week ended June 25 “Concern “Galnaftogaz” shares topped the PFTS list of most actively traded stocks. In this week UAH 7,355,289.5 (US$ 1,456,500) worth of Galnaftogaz shares changed hands. It will be recalled that “Concern Galnaftogaz” occupied the second spot in the rating of stocks sold and bought through PFTS in May 2005 (Level 2 Listing).

Beginning with June 23, ING Bank Ukraine, the underwriter for the second “Concern “Galnaftogaz“ bond issue, started accepting applications for Series D bonds. The placement of the Series D bonds begins on July 1. “Concern “Galnaftogaz” is conducting its second issue of bonds (Series D, E, F) worth UAH 90 mln (US$ 17.8).
