Notice of PFTS stock exchange Department of stock exchange transactions

On October 22, 2007 the PFTS stock exchange Department of stock exchange transactions passed the resolution to apply the procedure to alter the level of Listing regarding securities (bonds) of OJSC “Concern Galnaftogas". The resolution comes in force on October 29, 2007.
In accordance with the resolution, the interest-bearing registered bonds of D, E and F series were transferred from PTFS stock exchange listing of the 3rd (third) level to the Listing of the 2nd (second) level.
Such transition was made due to the necessity of compliance with the requirements to keeping securities in the Listing of the 2nd (second) level of PTFS stock exchange.
The correlation of a share of total amount of bonds, subject to previous action, with the total amount of specific emission of bonds - makes up 100%.
The Company’s bonds of D series with nominal value of UAH 1000 in the amount of 30,000 items in non-documentary form were registered by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Exchange on 16.06.2005, registration certificate on emission of corporate bonds No. 117/2/05.
The Company’s bonds of E series with nominal value of UAH 1000 in the amount of 30,000 items in non-documentary form were registered by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Exchange on 16.06.2005, registration certificate on emission of corporate bonds No. 118/2/05.
The Company’s bonds of F series with nominal value of UAH 1000 in the amount of 30,000 items in non-documentary form were registered by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Exchange on 16.06.2005, registration certificate on emission of corporate bonds No. 119/2/05.
Furthermore, in accordance with the resolution, ordinary registered shares of OJSC “Concern Galnaftogas” were transferred to the listing of non-listing securities.
This transfer was due to non-compliance with the requirements concerning keeping securities in the listing of the 2nd (second) level of listing of PTFS stock exchange.
The correlation of a share of total amount of bonds with the total amount of specific emission of bonds - makes up 100%.
Ordinary registered shares of the Company of a nominal value of UAH 0.01 in the amount of 16,000,000,000 items in non-documentary form were registered by State Commission on Securities and Stock Exchange on 03.08.2005, registration certificate on shares emission No. 354/1/05.
