Concern Galnaftogaz paid out yield on series “E” bonds for the twelfth coupon period

According to the provisions of the investment memorandum, on July 28 Concern Galnaftogaz paid to its investors 897 600 UAH of yield on series “E” bonds for the twelfth coupon period. Interest rate for 9-12 percent periods of series “D” and “E” bonds constituted 12% per annum, and for the series “F” bonds – 11% per annum.

According to the provisions of the investment memorandum, on July 28 Concern Galnaftogaz paid to its investors 897 600 UAH of yield on series “E” bonds for the twelfth coupon period. Interest rate for 9-12 percent periods of series “D” and “E” bonds constituted 12% per annum, and for the series “F” bonds – 11% per annum.

Interest rate for 13-16 percent periods of series “D” and “E” bonds was set at the level of 13.5% per annum.

On July 23, Concern Galnaftogaz set the interest rate for the series “F” bonds at the level of 15% per annum.

The credit rating of the issuer is at “uaA+” level, the rating forecast is positive. The underwriter of the bond issue is the ING Bank Ukraine.
