Concern Galnaftogaz redeemed the call bonds of “D” series for the amount of 29 265 thousand UAH

According to the provisions of the investment memorandum, in the period from 19 June to 26 June Concern Galnaftogaz redeemed call bonds of “D” series. The investors presented for redemption the bonds for the amount of 29 265 thousand UAH, while the total value of this bond series constituted 30 000 thousand UAH. The investors maintained the rest of bonds for the amount of 735 thousand UAH in their portfolios. At the same time, Concern Galnaftogaz paid out 897.6 thousand UAH of yield on series “D” bonds for the twelfth coupon period. The interest rate was set at the level of 13.5% per annum. The credit rating of the issuer is at “uaA+” level, the rating forecast is positive. The underwriter of the bond issue is the ING Bank Ukraine.
