According to UAS, EBITDA of OJSC “Concern Galnaftogaz" for the 1st half of 2008 increased by 2.6 times and amounted to UAH 181.5 mln.

According to UAS, consolidated revenue of OJSC “Concern Galnaftogaz" for the 1st H 2008 increased by 73% and amounted to UAH 3 077.3 mln (compared with UAH 1 776.2 mln for the 1st H 2007). Operating EBITDA (operating profit plus amortization and depreciation) increased by 2.6 times to UAH 181.5 mln (compared to UAH 69.9 mln for the 1st H 2007).

Net income of the Company increased by more than 9 times for the 1st H 2007 and reached UAH 139.2 mln (UAH 15.0 mln for 1st H 2007). One of the causes of such growth was receiving of significant amount of foreign currency exchange gain as a result of change of official UAH/USD exchange rate.

Total assets as of 30.06.2008 amounted to UAH 2 688.9 mln. Residual value of property, plant and equipment was equal to UAH 1 194.4 mln and grew by 33 % comparing with the beginning of the year. Share of the Company’s total assets, which were financed by equity, was equal to 39%. Equity of the Company amounted to UAH 1 055.2 mln.
