Concern Galnaftogaz paid out yield on series “F” bonds for the twelfth coupon period

According to the provisions of the investment memorandum, on August 28 Concern Galnaftogaz paid to its investors 897 600 UAH of yield on series “F” bonds for the twelfth coupon period. Interest rate for 9-12 percent periods of series “F” bonds was set at the level of 11% per annum.

Interest rate for 13-16 percent periods of series “D” and “E” bonds constituted 13.5 % per annum, and for the series “F” bonds – 15% per annum.

According to the provisions of the investment memorandum, from 20 August to 28 August Concern Galnaftogaz accepted calls for prior redemption of “F” series bonds. The investors presented for redemption the bonds for the amount of 28 484 thousand UAH, while the total value of this bond series constituted 30 000 thousand UAH. The investors maintained the rest of bonds for the amount of 1 516 thousand UAH in their portfolios.

The credit rating of the issuer is at “uaA+” level, the rating forecast is positive. The underwriter of the bond issue is the “ING Bank Ukraine”.
