30.04.2009 On the International Workers' Day, Galnaftogaz office employees will work at filling stations as junior operatorsOn the eve of International Workers' Day, which is commemorated on the 1st of May, the operating division of Concern Galnaftogaz offered to all of their colleagues to express the genuine solidarity with the workers of our filling complexes. And this is not by accident, because the level of satisfaction of our clients and, consequently, the welfare of our Company and each of its employees depends on the workers of filling complexes, and in particular on junior operators. For better understanding of the work process at filling complexes and needs of our clients, workers from the head office and few branches of Concern Galnaftogaz this day will turn into junior operators of OKKO filling complexes for one shift.
The special working clothes has been given out to every participant of the campaign and the special express training on spheres of action, standards of service, the work with the primary needs of clients and «The Secret client» program has been conducted. Prior to the work at the filling complexes, newly arrived fuelers will pass the instruction on accident prevention and labour protection.
On this day, the competition among junior operators for «The most client-oriented worker of COMPANY» will be conducted. The winner of the competition will be decided on basis of reviews about the service, fixed in the Customer charter, through the Hot line, as well as on the basis of results of valuation made by «Secret clients».
