02.05.2009 The 1st of May was the Day of solidarity with the workers of filling complexes of «OKKO» networkOn the International Workers' Day, which is commemorated on the First of May, the staff of the head office of Concern Galnaftogaz and the personnel of L'viv, Rivne and Zakarpattya branches as well worked during the complete work shift as junior operators at «OKKO» filling stations. Each participant of the campaign was given the special working clothes and the badge with actual position of the employee. On the eve of the campaign all participants passed a briefing and took an examination on labour protection and accident prevention, they also took special express training on spheres of action of junior operators and Standards of services at «OKKO» filling complexes' network. In general 30 employees took part in the campaign in L'viv, another 10 – in regions. During the day we had a great number of positive feedbacks from both participants, which learned by experience how heavily the clients' general impression about filling station depends on junior operators, and from our clients. They were pleased by such attention, and also by the fact that most volunteers of the Workers’ day campaign were young girls. Our Secret clients worked hard this day as well, being also informed about the campaign they were evaluating the work of newly arrived fuelers in accordance with Standards of services. Following the results of their feedback forms, the general level of services on the 1st of May and also «The most client-oriented employee of the COMPANY» will be determined. In general the Day of solidarity passed very successfully and with great emotional enthusiasm. So we will be waiting for continuation of the campaign. | 2012 2011 2010 2009 2008 2007 2006 2005 | |
