Financiers of Concern Galnaftogaz shared their experience and discussed new tendencies in the financial markets

The participants of the seminar were specialists of financial department and corporate finance and IR department of Concern Galnaftogaz; they had prepared reports and presented them to colleagues.

Among topics of the seminar, in particular, were: the depositary system of Ukraine, the specifics of individual insurance, documentary methods of calculations, the specifics of taxation, the function of investor relations in public companies, conditions of financing contracts, which accompany the process of share purchase, the estimation of business using DCF method, work with data arrays in MS Excel.
