The CEO of Concern Galnaftogaz appeared with a lecture on the opening of L'viv International Economic Forum

Today IX L'viv International Economic Forum has begun in Truskavets' in Rixos hotel. Forum was opened with a felicitation by President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko. Vitaliy Antonov, the chairman of Supervisory Board of Concern Galnaftogaz, appeared with a lecture «The unshadowing of Ukrainian business as a pledge of foreign investment» on the Forum.
«The fundamental and necessary measures for the unshadowing of Ukrainian economy, – Vitaliy Antonov emphasised, – are the completion of privatization, as a large-scale socio-economic process of transitional stage of Ukrainian economy development, the reform of tax policy and transparent legislation, the effective struggle against corruption through multiplying responsibility, not only at all levels of power, but also in a private sector, adoption of the governmental program concerning gradual unshadowing and legalization of national economy, and also active actions of corporate sector and public authorities on creating the positive image of Ukraine on the international financial arena».
During the Forum President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko awarded Vitaliy Antonov with an Order of Merit of the ІІІ degree. We should remind, that President of Ukraine signed the decree about conferment of Vitaliy Antonov already on August 18th, 2009.
