New children's book from Ukrainian strength series was published

On the 29th of April within the framework of IV specialized Publishers Forum for children in L'viv – the presentation of a book Ivan Sirko, the Great Kharakternyk by Mariya Morozenko – the common project of Old Lion Publishing House and OKKO filling complexes network, took place.

Demonstration of cossack martial art, school of battle hopak, took place during book presentation. Registered cossacks also treated guests with kulish, and Ukrainian bohatyr Vasyl' Virastyuk – present children's forum ambassador – presented specially forged horseshoes, talismans of fortune and Ukrainian strength, to writers.

Ivan Sirko, the Great Kharakternyk is a book about legend-rich and adventure-rich life of Ivan Sirko, who was born an unusual child, with the special kharakternyk (a man possessing some special powers) gift, which helped him to gain a lot of victories, and first of all – over himself.

We should remind that it is already second book in Ukrainian strength series, which edition is financed by OKKO filling complexes network. The first book in series was The Unbelievable adventures of Ivan Syla, the Strongest Man of the World by Oleksandr Havrosh based on the biography of Ukrainian strong man Ivan Firtsak from Zakarpattya.
