Сoncern Galnaftogaz paid out «Е» series bonds yield for the twentieth coupon period

On the 27th of July PJSC Concern Galnaftogaz paid to bond holders UAH 6 417.84 of yield on «E» series bonds for the twentieth coupon period with consideration for the interest rate at the level of 18.0 % per annum.

Also during «E» series bonds redemption Company additionally paid the par value of bonds in the amount of UAH 143.000 to bond holders.

Thus, during 2008-2010 Concern Galnaftogaz repurchased its own bonds of the second issue («D», «E», «F» series), presented during the offer and redemption in the amount of UAH 89.918 mln within total amount of the given issue equal to UAH 90 mln. Investors keep the rest of the bonds in the amount of UAH 0.082 mln in their portfolios.
